Shipping policy

We generally aim to ship listed items no later than 24-72hours of payment clearing.

If the item is a one off piece, requiring only in house services then we aim to ship within 5-10 days if not sooner; we will strive to notify you of any delays before beginning works.

If the item is for multiple one off custom pieces and/or requires outsourced processes (powdercoat / paint / polishing as examples) to be carried out then we will advise an ETA during the quotation process along the way and strive to update you ASAP with any changes to delivery timelines which may occur. We cannot be help liable for delays that are out of our control, but will strive to ensure the process is smoothly executed for all parties involved.
